Step 1 - Onboarding
We carefully take the time to get the lay of the land and understand your company and team. We will source input from various places to ensure we have a crystal-clear picture of all stakeholders and the current state of affairs.
A few items included in the process are stakeholder interviews, team introductions, company/customer knowledge acquisition, information collection, and more.
Step 2 - Tech Stack Eval & Project Planning
This is where take it up a notch. At this point, we will begin our operational activities working with your teams and stakeholders to ensure capture the right stack and tools needed to implement the solution.
During this phase, you will also receive a project charter with all details to ensure alignment.
Step 3 - Implementation & Testing
During this stage, we will execute and deliver our implementation activities to set up accounts, ownership, tools, integrations, API's and more.
We cross our T's and dot our I's via through testing on the new environment.
Step 4 - Training, Launch, & Monitoring
Last but least, we set up and conduct training for your team, plan and execute the launch, and establish KPI's to monitor progress and impact.
