Welcome to Iteration Team AI. By working with us, accessing our services, or engaging in any consulting, automation, or integration projects with our team, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth working relationship.

1. Overview of Our Services

Iteration Team AI provides:

  • AI consulting

  • Intelligent automation development (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, etc.)

  • Software and API integrations

  • Workflow optimization

  • Training and support

Service details, project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in your proposal or agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful project, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding business needs

  • Grant access to necessary tools, accounts, and platforms

  • Respond to messages, approvals, and requests within reasonable time

  • Use the resulting systems ethically and in accordance with platform rules

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information or late responses.

3. Project Timelines

Project timelines depend on the agreed scope.
Timelines may shift if:

  • Additional requests are made

  • Third-party platforms experience downtime

  • Required materials are delivered late

We will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.

4. Payments & Fees

Payment terms will be stated in your proposal or invoice.
General rules:

  • Work may require deposits, upfront payments or milestone/time-based payments

  • Late payments may delay project delivery or cancellation

  • Completed work is non-refundable

If recurring support is purchased, it is billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions & Adjustments

Most projects include a defined number of revisions.
Revisions must fall within the original scope of the project.
Changes beyond scope may require:

  • A new quote

  • Additional fees

  • Extended delivery time

We will always confirm scope changes before proceeding.

6. Use of Third-Party Tools

Our automations rely on third-party tools such as:
Make.com, Zapier, n8n, CRMs, email marketing systems, databases, enrichment and discovery services, etc.

We are not liable for:

  • Outages

  • API limitations

  • Platform changes

  • Pricing changes

  • Data loss caused by third-party services

We will make best efforts to ensure stable performance.

7. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

We treat all client data with strict confidentiality.
Client information will never be shared, sold, or redistributed.
Secure practices are used when accessing or storing sensitive data.

Clients remain responsible for ensuring that using their data complies with any industry-specific regulations (e.g., GDPR).

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • You own all workflows, automations, and assets created specifically for your project unless otherwise agreed.

  • We retain ownership of internal frameworks, templates, and methods used to build your solution.

  • We may showcase non-sensitive anonymized project outcomes as part of our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

9. Support & Maintenance

Post-project support depends on your package:

  • One-time projects include short-term support during the defined project period prior to full delivery only.

  • Ongoing support requires a maintenance or retainer plan.

We are not responsible for maintaining systems outside of an active support arrangement.

10. Termination

Either party may end the engagement with written notice.
In the event of termination:

  • Completed work must be paid in full

  • No refunds for completed deliverables

  • Access to systems or tools may be revoked
